Wat ga je doen?

At Allseas, you’ll help grow the Data & Analytics team into a self-sufficient group that can operate independently of the Head of Data & Analytics. You own the solution architecture for the Azure-based data platform with Databricks at its core, setting direction while engaging others. You design and roll out domain-aligned workspaces that balance team ownership with clear governance. Together with the Head of Data & Analytics, you translate strategy into roadmaps and engineering choices. You build robust batch and streaming pipelines that are scalable, tested and monitored, and help define practical use of Domain-Driven Design and Data Mesh. You collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders, making pragmatic calls in complex settings. Leading by influence—strong opinions, weakly held—you champion standards but adapt when needed. Above all, you raise the bar on automation, quality and reliability, leaving a clear mark on architecture, tooling and ways of working.
